Southwark College
A  healthcare Sector-Based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) is a government-funded initiative that helps jobseekers develop skills and gain experience in a specific sector, ultimately leading to job interviews or assistance with the application process.
Eligibility Criteria:
  •   18 +

  •   Receiving Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Universal Credit, or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).

  •   Willing to work and able to complete the full programme duration.

SWAP Programme

London SE Colleges
