Eligibility:
• Age 19+
• Job seeker or in low-wage jobs
• For Southwark residents (primarily based in SE5, SE15, SE17, SE22)
The 1-week Taster will cover:
  • Career-building workshop
  • Skills training in communication and teamwork
  • CV and interview preparation support
  • Health and wellbeing guidance
  • Guest speakers from the health and care sector

 

Objectives:
By the end of the Taster, you will - 

  • Have a basic understanding of different roles in health, care and wellbeing
  • Understand the values, responsibilities and culture of working in health and care
  • Improve job readiness
  • Explore potential entry routes/training posts locally
