Eligibility:
• Age 19+
• Job seeker or in low-wage jobs
• For Southwark residents (prioritising residents based in SE1, SE5, SE15, SE16, SE17)
The 3-week programme will cover:
  • Organisational values in an NHS and wider health care settings
  • Customer service in NHS environments
  • Working effectively with colleagues, patients and visitors
  • Tips on writing a strong supporting statement for an NHS job application
  • Managing pressure and change
